KIND’s design for the INTERMARK consists of office, residential, hotel, retail, and shop house that will become the new landmark for contemporary development in the South of Jakarta. The design combines all zones with maximum flexibility for varying combinations of users. The façade design reflects the identity for each component with contrasting materials and architectural language.
